Had you gone through the Foyer to the Front Court Yard you would find a perfect place to sit and enjoy
the company, enjoy the views, or perhaps have a glass of wine, with cheese and fruit. You may party here
with friends or choose the peace and quiet, listen to the fountain and if you are really quiet, you may
hear an assortment of birds. You may observe the horses grazing or perhaps catch sight of a soaring red
tailed hawk or a great horned owl out hunting. At dusk you may spot a coyote or perhaps a badger or
raccoon in the fields. Overlooking the Court Yard is the private Tower Retreat (11) that has been
dedicated in memory of Sue Brook, the inspiration for the construction of this home.
