Paso Robles
Enjoy
the fine vineyards of central California, or one of the many wine festivals the
area is host to.
The
Paso Robles wine festival is one of the largest outdoor wine festivals in
California (www.pasowine.com)
A day of wine touring begins with a scenic drive along our uncrowded country
roads.
Visitors will discover small family-owned wineries where they will be greeted
with genuine warmth and treated like old friends. You will meet with winemakers,
enjoy a picnic on winery grounds and sample finely-crafted, award-winning wines.

Visit
the nearby, iconic, Hearst Castle,

marvel
at its architecture and opulence and take a stroll or drive along the beautiful
Cambrian coast where elephant seals may be found basking on the beach.

There are a number of easily reachable beaches, among which Morro Bay, Pizmo,
Shell and Avila.

Go
surfing, kayaking or just enjoy the dramatic grandeur of this stretch of the
Pacific coast. Luch at a variety of venues but don't miss the local clam
chowder!

San Luis Obispo, the county capital, is less than an hour away. Famed for its
pedestrian friendly and cosmopolitan feel, take a day shopping and visit the old
Mission.

Or why not have a day at home, enjoying the ambience and facilities at Sue Casa.
